Introduction

The Crofter's Snug is a great place for young and old to take a break from touring this wonderful part of Scotland. If you're after a window with a view, we can certainly offer one that's hard to beat ...... and those big skies..... Wow!

We cater for up to 5 units with a maximum length of 9m.

Jo and Karina live on site and are ex-caravanners and ex-motorhomers. See here. We look forward to welcoming you and hearing about your adventures and doing everything we can to make your stay a happy one. Karina (the level-headed and lesser-spotted half of the duo) has created this website and does all things admin related so is more often than not hidden away in the office at the end of the phone. On site, it's more probable that you will meet Jo who is uber-friendly and usually to be found outside doing all manner of things and available to answer any queries or just have a thoroughly good chat! :-)

Come and say hello!

Reviews

"Fabulous campsite with amazing views and new, super helpful and friendly motorhoming owners. Helped me fix my water pump without them we would have struggled! Easy to find and just off the NC500. Well organised, tidy little site next to a very quiet road. (One car passed the whole time we were there) The views over towards Dunnet head and The Orkneys are incredible, great place to watch the sun set and rise! There is also a great little beach just a way down the track with plenty of birdwatching opportunity. Perfect stop." Capn93 April 2021
