Almost! Apart from the Shepherd's Hut, which is a pet-free zone, we allow up to two well behaved dogs with a charge of £20 per stay. We ask that dogs are always kept on a lead unless in our dog field or the rear garden of the Cottage. See dog field video here!

We operate a quiet site 10pm to 8am No outside lights to be left on No smoking inside No parties or events Dogs on lead unless in Dog Field or enclosed garden But most importantly - enjoy your stay!

If you have to cancel your booking, please do so as early as possible so that we may attempt to re-book your accommodation and recover lost income. We strongly recommend that you have appropriate holiday insurance cover in place. Cancellations up to 30 days before your arrival will result in a full refund. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival date will result in being charged for the first night and a 100% refund on the remainder of your booking. Cancellations within 14 days of your booked arrival will not be refunded. Your booking is only cancelled once you have received a confirmation of cancellation from us in writing. If you email/leave a voicemail to cancel and do not receive a confirmation of cancellation from us within 48 hours, please contact us again as we have not received your message.
