Pet
Rules
We recognise that some people can't bear the thought of enjoying a holiday without their beloved canine friend. On the other hand, we also understand that many people don't want their holiday space invaded by other people's pets. Being mindful of everyone's needs, we have allocated Pod One as being well-behaved-dog friendly but with certain conditions:
Please let us know at the time of booking if you intend to bring your dog(s). Pets are not welcome without prior agreement. We charge an extra £20 per stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Registered guide and hearing dogs belonging to those with visual and hearing impairments stay without charge.
Canine Code of Conduct

For your pet’s safety and the consideration of other guests, we do ask that dogs and their owners follow a few simple rules:
-
Dogs must always be properly supervised and on a lead at all times in order to ensure the safety and peace of mind of other guests. (There is an enclosed off-lead exercise area behind Pod 1).
-
Dogs must not be left unattended.
-
Dogs must be clean before entering the pod (an outside tap is available).
-
Dogs must not be allowed on the bed or sofa.
-
Please bring your own basket, bedding and dog towels in order to help maintain the pod in excellent condition.
-
It is your responsibility to clean up after your dog inside and outside the pod.
-
Dog waste must be scooped, bagged and disposed of in the external waste bin.
-
Please ensure that flea treatment is up to date before arrival.
-
The interior and grounds must be left in a clean, undamaged condition. Any damage or stains must be paid for in full.
-
We do not accept breeds on the dangerous dog list nor fighting dogs.
